30-DAY MARKETING PLAN
My Objectives Are To:
· Get your property fully exposed to the market as quickly as possible.
· To help you net the most possible money.
· Make every qualified buyer in your area and elsewhere aware of your property.
· Maintain excellent communication with you. (Weekly or more often)
1. If allowed I will place a For Sale sign on your property with my phone number so I can receive calls from qualified buyers.
2. I will provide a list of recommendations to increase the appearance (staging) of your home to maximize the buyers perceived value of your home. First impressions can literally mean the difference of thousands of dollars.
3. I will design and distribute a custom Property Flyer with photos to other local agents and place flyers at the home for customers to take with them.
4. Install an electronic “Lock Box”.
5. I will submit to Company, Personal, Realtor, websites. Realtor. com the the most used Real Estate website in the world.
6. E-Mail info to other top agents. This includes both the United States and Canada.
7. I will send 200 Just Listed postcards to your neighbors letting them know your unit is available for their friend or family.
8. I will run ads in Florida Today every weekend until we are under contract.
9. I will run ads in the Orlando Sentinal every weekend until we have a contract.
10. I will post your property in the Multiple Listing Service for all of Brevard County Realtors to see.
11. If timing permits I will advertise your property in Homes and Land Magazine and Real Estate Review.
12. Also if timing permits I will advertise your property in the Greater Orlando Homes and Land Magazine.
13. I will conduct Open Houses at you convenience & place a special Open House ad in the newspaper as well as appropriate signage.
14. Schedule my office caravan. (Other local Signature GMAC Real Estate agents).
15. I will talk enthusiastically about the property at office meetings.
16. I will discuss sales associates’ comments.
17. I will pick up business cards/call agents from home showings.
18. Discuss market position and price adjustment. (As required)
In Addition:
· Make helpful suggestions that will get your property sold quickly.
· Present all offers and help you obtain the best price
· Keep you advised on the progress of the closing
· Deliver you check to you upon close
